Didn't Hong Kong have Michelin stared restaurants pre return to China?

Are there Michelin starred restaurants outside of Shanghai or Beijing?

Also using a western idealism in Chinese food.

HK still has plenty of Michelin starred restaurants. Some are reasonably priced with a three course dinner for two and a nice wine coming in at under four thousand HKD, roughly £400.
