FS: GT Tempest 1997 inc. Stridsland, Kona II fork, Hope, Avid, Surly Sunrise, SRAM XO-9, Nitto, Pelago, Booze Light

Heya, looking to sell / swap this build from last year. It's a versatile and reliable commuter / overnighter / weekend bike-packing / do anything bike loosely based on that Stridsland rock lobster build .

Build includes:

• Alum GT Tempest 1997 frame sz M (I thiiink it's 18", will double check). I'm around 6.1" and ride this comfortably
  
• Ambrosio Ontario 26" rimbrake wheelset in black, laced to Shimano LX w black sapim spokes & running Vittoria Booze Light's with a tonne of wear left. Handbuilt by Lewisham Cyclery last year from NOS parts. true and bombproof, never crashed. Rear has SRAM PG-950 cassette.
  
• Kona Project II straight blade fork, also NOS at the time of build
  
• White Industries 175mm classic MTB cranks, 94BCD
  
• Nukeproof Neutron EVO flat pedals, nylon composite
  
• Stridsland Journal 36T purple chainring (also have this chainring in blue; mint and unmounted, that I'll include in sale) + Stridsland self-extracting crank bolts in pink
  
• SRAM XO-9 9-speed rear derailleur and shifter
  
• Purple Hope 1/1'8 headset and matching seatpost collar
  
• Avid 20 rimbrakes and Avid levers
  
• Surly Sunrise bars that I stripped but never got round to clear-coating, so a nice patina has built up but could be de-rusted and sprayed if you prefer a clean look.
  
• Pelago Commuter front rack, one of the best on the market
  
• ESI XL chunky grips
  
• FSA seatpost
  
• Nitto bar ends
  
• Halo hex key skewers
  
  

The bike is in great condition but could use brake/gear cable replacement and the derailleur needs reindexing. It's a great autumn/winter bike I'm just looking to replace it for something more practical.

I'll probably hang onto the saddle but everything else in the build is yours on purchase. Spent a fair amount of money putting all this together so looking for 650 ONO or will consider swapping for the right mid-spec gravel/commuter in 56/58cm. no splitting.

update ~ just had gears/brakes serviced by the almighty seabass > new inners/outers and runs like a dream price updated slightly to reflect
