Anyone with a good stereo who likes the Beatles, I heartily recommend the 2010 and onwards remasters of most of their stuff.
i.e. Red and Blue are now available at 96khz/24bit... but if you already had lossless you probably cannot hear the difference, but what you can hear is that the mixes are soooo much better. So much so, that I went and got the recent issue of Revolver and they've finally fixed the awful Eleanor Rigby stereo mix. So I went and got The Beatles (white album) and damn... the mixes are sooo good, so clean, that they sound modern. If you have a great stereo and can get the recent mixes, it's really worth relistening to everything again.
