Just seen that Wiggle/CRC have Prime carbon rim brake wheels for £300/pair. If you're not commuting might be worth a stretch? I
I saw those but noted they are (a lot) heavier than the alloy set they have for sale at £200/pair. Is there a meaningful advantage to carbon that would make one choose carbon over alloy?
(I've never owned carbon wheels.)
