Merseyside animal shelter urgently appealing for folks wanting to adopt their xl bullies before end of the year.

Ethical quandaries abound. Hopefully they’d limit the adoption to experienced pro dog handlers, but it’s doubtful. I’d like to know if they checked with a lawyer, given that their appeal to people’s soft hearts might get multiple people killed.
I need an algorithm cleanser.
