Everyone wants 11speed compacts and short crankarms .4 off my club mates have done the switch. I will be selling a 105 R7000 with 170mm compact for one mate soon.

Yep, that's rather distant Norths.

Mine is 50/34 and the 12 speed stuff works fine with an 11 speed everything else. Maybe I should've gone for 165mm

My friend bought a 160mm

I run 165 but ordered 170 as I assumed easier to sell on, should've trusted that I'm ahead of all trends and know best.

Mine are also much easier for a London pick up being Manchester based. Oh shit, HS2 was cancelled so actually no different.
