    The track itself is actually in good condition up close, although it's a bit discoloured from the weather.
    I was there mid-week in October so didn't see anyone actually using it, which is to be expected.
    I tried to get to the concrete stand built into the small hillside, but it was all locked up!

    The pavillion and track are architecturally really nice; modernist style built for the 1940 Olympics .
    Helsinki in general was great for walking around and looking at buildings.

  • I've passed that loads of times, but never got the opportunity to have a look. Feel like I've missed out now, it's a great piece of architecture.
