Your local art college or at least one that has art courses. You never know they could be the next Warhol, Hurst or Turner.
We’ve picked up so nice bits from NUA.

It’s actually a ceramic. The paper is hessian with plaster poured into it and then hand printed. The portrait and frame is pottery as well. It’s a shame I have lost the 2 massive rusty drawing pins that came with it.
