Say the word and it's yours (their's).
I considered I killed Fixed Gear for my cargo bike as carting children around definitely killed it for me.

Everything working a treat.

I don't suppose anyone is interested in a fishtank? About 250l (1 x 0.4 x 0.6m), includes a wood stand with cupboards and a hood. I was going to sell it but if it goes to a good home I'm happy to give it up for free.
I can throw (pour?) in the Mbuna (Lake Malawi) cichlids for free but I'd like to keep the filter/lights/decorations.

Hi People, is anyone looking for spare brompton parts? I got some bits from upgrading mine: M-type handlebar, three speed SA rear wheel + bunny ear gear selector and a set of brakes that need the spring cleaned.
edit: donated my brommy bits to the brighton bike hub if anyone wants them for a few quid

Kids top tube seat.
Pair or flat bar disc brake with deore levers. Both Rh levers so on is flipped, works perfectly

I'm messing around with handlebars for my Brompton, before I go rummaging through Cranks does anyone have a pair of cheap black 25.4 bars with a 70-100mm rise in their parts bin?
The M feel too high and the flat ones I've put on are way too low.

not wanting to teach to suck eggs etc but the stems are different for each handlebar type on Bromptons, and it makes a pretty big difference to the riding position (flat bar stem is taller but also further out). The mod everybody used to do when I worked there was fitting a P-type stem (lowest, furthest reach) with flat bars, for maximum pro points.

I knew they were different heights, I hadn't clocked that the reach varied - thanks!
I was hoping I could take the easy way out and find a good position just by changing bars.

IIRC there's often an issue with the fold if lower bars aren't a bit further out, maybe the brake levers in the spokes or something. there's a lot of silly stuff on bromptons that does actually have a reason behind it, even if its a 3-sides-of-a-square route to the solution

Free pair of 28mm Hutchinson fusion 5 all seasons only 6 months commuting on the so the tread is hardly worn. Picked up a few little cuts. I've cleaned and patched them up on the Inside but would probably run them with tubes still . The worst one is in the picture it didn't go right through but wouldn't stay sealed. Pick up Trafalgar street or I can drop locally

oh I know someone who deserves a DBAD, and by the time I turned up with my curly moustache I definitely put a knife into fixed gear
