I have been looking for a UI-12 for ages. Blue Lug shipping to Vienna is ridiculous at 60 euros plus fees and taxes. I ended up buying one of these Spa Cycles Ti stems the last time I was in London for work. They have a very similar slim aesthetic and could match nicely with the Ti seatpost.
Spa also sells matching spacers.
