@d0cA’s vote came in after the 10pm cut off, so by the letter of the law I believe this is a win for he-who-shall-not-be-@-ed willmelling being that it was a draw up to the ineligible vote and @caveatgez voted for Will.

As I also voted for Will, I say worthy winner and new theme pls.

Oops, totally missed the time; it's been a difficult weekend... TBH though, the choice was really hard and basically involved flipping a coin. And as ever, all the photos were great :) Seeing people's photos in response to this weekly challenge really is one of the highlights of my week, so well done all.

Nothing quite like a controversial last-minute vote to mix things up. Yep, I agree with eejit, for me it looks like Will wins and picks the theme.
