And they stopped doing the classic products! Can't believe there isn't a demand for the old padded mitts, which were IMO their best ever product

Yeah, that boggles my mind. I have tons of old Rapha and now it starts to be worn out. I have skimmed through the site and all I can find is cheap lycra. I have to hunt for the good merino jerseys and quality bibs so I'm just moving to other brands.

Are Rapha still using the Elastic Interface pads?

People seem to rate Torm although it's sportwool blend https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/177153/

Bottom zipper of insulated gilet broke, resulting in constant unzipping from the bottom.
Is it something their repair service can fix or should I just go to a tailor nearby?

Feel like from memory they don't fix zips but might give you a discount. Tailor sounds like a good option

Contact them for sure

Cheers, wrote to them.
I've had it since 2019 so it held up quite well and other than this zipper it still is a very nice and functional bit of a kit
edit: just got a response that they repair broken zippers. yay!

What’s the going rate on a pair of un-used Pro Team Thermal Bib shorts?
The brand new price is a bit mad

Rapha trail light pant, phone pocket has a nice insurance that your phone won't fall out unzipped.
Whoever designed the adventures pants decided to re-invent the phone pocket ..FFS.Lucky someone nice picked it up.

IANAE but if you want to sell things it probably helps to have them visible in their respective place or just in the archive on your website. Not by it only being accidentally found by a key word search.
Now I appreciate this might not stop the ship sinking but it might be enough to save toilet roll being cut as non essential.

What's the forum approved replacement for my beloved but discontinued Randonnee shorts?
Any good alternatives? -

Hmmm. Pretty pricey to Australia ...

Anyone got any info on these, re: fit and quality? https://sigr.cc/collections/mens-cycling-chino-shorts
The Brevet jersey is really good. Not as nice merino as the 'good old days', but more useful as it has a windblocker layer in the front. I have a few for autumn/spring riding and hardly need a gilet anymore. Clever product.
