It’s substantial enough.
Dial is original.
I probably paid too much for it and certainly spent too much on its service /restoration but is a lovely thing, and I had been looking for one since I sold the quartz one I had.

The 38,5 Sinn I have wears ok, more like a 36.
But the hands are not for everyone.
I remember looking for similar, basically everything is big.
You could pretend Hamilton is German?

As ever, will depend on your budget and definition of 'reasonably priced', but if you're comfortable with Sinn prices, then might be worth a look at Muhle Glashutte - they're pretty similarly priced (especially second hand - there's a super discounted SAR rescue timer on TZUK at the mo) and do some robust diver/tools watches, including for the rescue services etc.

I have no idea whether it's bad or not. It's an expression that I've used for years. It means 'I hope you are healthy and get a long time to wear and enjoy it. '
Hope that makes sense.

Damn, love it. I would love it even more at half the price though.
