It’s not like they’re choosing between homelessness/begging and a taxable income/prius/newbuild in Herts; if they’re choosing, it’s between something extremely shit and something even shitter than that. Is that a lifestyle choice?

Some in Belfast too, but some may be trafficked / face horrid discrimination for being Roma so begging here is better than being where they are born.

"Lifestyle choice' well so is being home secretary ;)

Problem is there is always some reasonableness in her bigoted speeches, similar to that a lie must contain some truth or it gets dismissed.
