+1 to this.
Sold a bunch of them. in 3 years I think I've heard of 4 punctures in that time over my entire sales base. Its a scooter/motorbike tyre, so not sexy, but thick carcase and tough sidewalls. A bit lumpy/noisy compared to something like a Schwalbe pickup or GT365, but on a cargo, lack of punctures and faff is absolutely the way to go, especially with kiddo's involved.24" does suck for other choices though. Could be worse I think Rad went with 18 or 22"? Some totally non bicycle size. Their replacement tyres for the original fit ones (that were apparently bad, though never saw any that would raise my eyebrows, it was the crappy rubber rim strips that were the issue IME) were decent.

I got some pick ups on order from Finches.
(new rotors and disk pads too. ouch) -

Just had a KS suspension dropper post fitted to my benno. First impressions are it is very cool. Being able to drop at the lights and be super stable will be great as kiddo gets bigger.

I’m sorry I’m not in the workshop anymore and don’t have a Rohloff hub / any of the related gubbins!

Let me know. Battery for my front light ran out on me today which reminds me that its a stupid idea using that when i have a bigger battery almost always fully charged.

Update! Built a box for the bike, with a seat where you can adjust the angle of the back. Made out of 7mm plywood, stained black and treated with chinese oil.
But then when this was done and a brand new backwheel was installed the Bafang motor broke. New parts for it is on its way. Hopefully this will run again coming spring when Im on paternity leave with my son! Take care!

Could we see the design of the reclining seat please?
Also, do you have a mid drive and a rear hub motor? Wow!

I need some crowd sourced advice on materials for the bullit box.
https://www.hubworkshop.com/
these guys are who I'm getting to cut the plywood.I can get 9mm textured phenolic board. looks great, the texture looks ace, would go on the inside of the base so no slip.
However, at least one of my passengers has "get the fuck out of here" sensory issues with materials.
looks like this
https://www.crackadeal.co.uk/product/phenolic-plywood-hexa-pattern-black-anti-slip-mesh-plywood
It's smooth on one side textured on the other.
I was thinking base with the texture side up, and then any part that might be touched by a person/skin (so seat bit, inner side, back bit) would all have the texture on the outside.
How challenging is that going to be to look at?Alternatively, I just get 9mm marine ply which is smooth on both sides.
Help a dude out. pls.

with those concerns I would just do the marine ply and grip tape on the bottom.

What's the tyre like in between the treads, seems like those big gaps are perfect for getting stabbed up by all the shit on london's famous roads?
