Allowing to round and align at the same, with a x3 visual amplification at the « repère »
So if you’re straight to more or less 1 millimeter regarding the « repère » the wheel is actually straight to 0.33mm
His inventor Pierre Rensonnet won the 1966 Concours Lépine with it.
It allow to build clean wheelset. The tool weight a tone and seems bombproof
