Good price for a Rourke.
The decal for the tubing starts with a 6 so probably not 753. Geometry looks wrong for a lo Pro, maybe just needs a short reach brake.

Can it be one of the frames that used smaller front wheel in small sizes to avoid toe overlap?

Toe overlap not much of an issue on a track frame where it goes in a straight line. Track standing is not a problem either.
Lo Pro frames tend to have a really slack head tube /top tube angle because of the sloping down TT.

Oops, yep I think it’s 653. It’s in the attic, I’ll check later..
A 700 wheel will fit as long as you don’t need to put a tyre on it…
I only said Lo Pro as I had one in the past and they had similarities…

I'd say the Rourke is one of those '90s funny bikes that did away with the negative-sloping top tube and had a loooong seatpost instead. Back in the day we would have called it a lo pro.
For anyone interested in buying, go off the top-tube measurement. For comparison, my 650/700 track lo pro has a 52cm horizontal top tube and I like a 57cm top tube on my normal bikes.
@flash, nice Paginton btw.

I only rode it once. I usually ride fixed so had no idea about gears. It was about 70” - 120” gearing. So there I was overtaking a car going down a hill, I was flat out in top gear when I hit a pothole. I rode home, changed my underwear and sold it the following day…. :)
Brian Rourke 753 Lo Pro frameset. Will take a 700 rear and 26” / 650 (I think) front. It’s in well used condition but no nasty dents. 48 seat tube CTT, 50 top tube CTC. It’s just the frameset for sale the other picture is to give you an idea of how it could look but as you can see a 700 wheel won’t fit in the forks. Collection from Bristol. I won’t post and I don’t care if you’re busy at work I won’t be at home for your brother / uncle / courier / granny to collect..
