No idea, think it is the 1.2 as a few (3) people I indirectly know have had the problem.
Reading up looks like the 1.2 three cylinder has issues with cylinder wear (oil consumption) as well as the timing chain stuff. No mention of the 1.0 but that could have been my search terms.
