  • I hate and despise Saino's for being the only supermarket in this town and not having any vegan mincers.

  • Hahaha...busted!😂

  • Are the free from not vegan? I know they're gluten and milk free.

  • We've only got a medium-sized store, so they don't stock the full range.

  • Aldi had their mini Stollen bites on sale on Monday. Was sorely tempted.

  • We’ve got this local initiative called the community fridge, where they collect up the out of date food from the local supermarkets and give it away free to whoever turns up between 11 and 1 on a Saturday. Mostly fruit and veg and a lot of bread, always a huge crate of bruised bananas. Big stack of boxes of Christmas stock mince pies gone out of date on 5th 3rd October this week. Fucking disgraceful. I’ll enjoy them though. In fact I’m enjoying one now…

Update: I got one bite. OH and son swiped the rest from me.

  • I'd had a few beers but I'm sure I spotted 6 packs at the Greggs at Birmingham New St station last night.

  • I smashed an Iceland shitter the other day, I'm definitely gonna have another when I'm in the vicinity later.

  • Gregg's mincer season confirmed in Manc and Ldn.

    It's Christmaaaaassss!

  • Strong opener for the season, even if they did wet the bed about a cycle lane passing the front their deli taking longer to build than planned

  • That section is taking ages but it's hardly ruining Christmas, and you can see the road with a car park on it from one of the photos of barbakan in the article.

  • It magically finished pronto after article

  • Praise Santa!

  • Wait until the Wankpanzers park there at the weekends.

  • Oh yeah, they haven't actually lost any parking spaces, they'll just park right across the whole thing.

  • Not a Mincer, sorry I simply cannot do it in October. But I did break myself into a Waitrose Xmas Sammo and have to say I was disappointed, it was nice but a bit damp.

Working up the Pret Xmas Sammo drop with the crispy onions.

  • Sammo = Sandwich?

  • Sam Allardyce.

  • I'm sure back in the early 10's there was no parking there, then gradually folks just imposed on the space.

I'm very happy the tree remains btw.

  • I got off the mark a couple of weeks ago. Lidl in Llandudno. Basic spot hitting.

    Greggs will be next shout.

  • Cross posting this abomination from the peanut butter thread: https://microcosm.app/out/uhiRi

I have - of course - ordered a jar. For research.

  • went a few days early with a 6 deck of Sainer's ttd.

not terrible but not exactly good, either.

  • Made a few with last year's mincemeat that's been in a jar in the fridge for 12 months to see if it was edible - it's very boozy but very tasty.

  • Not sure about this, will probably give it a go though...
