Specialized Rockhopper

I really would like to avoid this but my commute has gotten too long and I have no space to keep it.
Rims are on XT +SP Dynamo front, built by Martin aka Arkane.
Everything was replaced by Andy, the guy I bought it from who put this together with incredible attention to details.
Any questions let me know. I'm 5'9 for reference.

London, not sure about the frame size tbh. I think is 18’. On road bikes my saddle height is 71cm. I’m 175 if helps
