Well I was more referring to a once
positive and well meaning symbol gets hijacked by right wing loons to the point that most people assume the bad intention 1st if they see it

Makes sense. Hate groups feed off emotive symbols. I think this "meme" just amplifies this problem, and does the fascists' work for them.
