Axor should be good I would guess, but when you're in that price range Vola kv1 is the one. Colours not that curated, but imo they are fun.

A grand for a tap 😮‍💨. Bet it still starts to leak after 5 years or so

When you're considering one for 800, why not make it a nice even number?
My kitchen tap is second hand and cost 100€, but it's silver.
