  • Happy to hear that!

Such a good move with those cages.
Having a serial product that's unique and desirable should really help with numbers.

  • Just read Haley's post on IG and I felt really happy I guess. It's nice to see people do the right things for the right reasons.
Congrats and thanks for making the forum a nicer and more considerate place.

Final episode in the STEMRACK trilogy!

  • Very cool stuff happening these last months. Hope you’re able to keep doing all this, hopefully as a living eventually?

  • Really enjoyed the format of this one.

  • I am doing this for a living now but I make most money designing for others tbh... But I consider that a part of my framebuilding business

  • I am not sure what I am building these days but the coming of winter makes scandis do weird things.

The boat anchor is being put back into dad duties while the cargo bike is being rethought... I will describe it in more detail later on. Maybe in a video. Everything about this is a bit janky. But fun

The yellow beast is a former CX bike with a cracked head tube. It's my new hometrainer setup. It's gonna live in a cold shed. I might share that setup later as well. Everything about this build is horrible. But it works and will help me get the miles in despite having small kids and icy roads.

  • So I’ve been lax about this thread for a few months, however

My smallest found a dead badger the other day. After some serious inspection and introspection, she turned to me and said 'Can we take it home?'

To be clear: we did not take it home

I found a half rotted coyote in the woods this summer, and well, stuck his head in my handlebar bag. It took 3 washes and two weeks sitting inside out in the sun and rain to get the smell out. It’s been sitting, or uhh buried in my garden since. I should dig it up and see if it’s clean now…

  • Hell fucking yeah.

  • A macride up front would let you carry both kiddos with that setup

  • macride

I have my own solution for this. main issue is actually where to put big sisters bike

  • Two of those orange bag hooks you used to get in the front of shopping trolleys - mounted on the front of the basket?

Or a rail attached to the side/bottom of the trailer? Could be extend to carry bikes on each side when the little one gets his own

  • Now they Bespoke is over, will we see some more updates on those AWOL rear end rebuilds? Or did I miss that already? Or is the Hulsroy empire now churning out bottle cages?

  • Tbh my kids have been ill and then I became ill since bespoked so I have not been able to do much. I've cleaned up the workshop very very thoroughly to make space for new things and better YouTube backdrops.

AWOL is on the menu but I have to make things that pay the bills first. Currently I am designing some carbon bars for a new company. More on that later...

On Monday I'll finish the next batch of bottle cage and will ship to UK via Stayer. Just haven't been able to do anything about it yet.

Bottle cages and new bottles are shipping to people next week as well.

  • I may have missed it, but how do you to order the UK bottle cages - via website and specify something at checkout?

  • Dottore Bicicli message 8197 : get in touch , it will happen.

  • You can just order from hulsroy.com as it is. Shipping does cost a bit tho. Think @1_n had a good experience with UPS I believe??

Plan is to sell stuff through the Stayer webshop. So you will just order from them...

  • Great, will keep an eye out on the Stayer website

  • Sorry to hear about the illness! Carbon bars is quite the endeavour - with a view to using recyclable carbon?

  • I bought two cages from hulsroy.com and it cost me 27 Euros to ship with UPS.

    No issues with UPS.

  • Just ordered preordered two symmetric cages; GLS shipping was €15 to the Netherlands. ✌️
