Not at all. Get one of the ones that finishes before the edge of the door though so it’s not so visible
@Leshaches tods do a nice line in smart shoes with rubber soles that are often cheap on eBay/vinted. Obviously not the driving shoes but the more regular lace ups

Hard to find in the UK, but I got a pair of these off ebay earlier this year. IMO no better casual loafers other than JM Weston 180s of they're £££
