Just heads to do on these guys,
I’m really happy with how the bases turned out, and the bolters.
Will need a break from this scheme, and marines in general when these heads are done but I’ll be enthusiastic to paint another 5 or 10 of these eventually I’m sure.
The colour scheme is really nice to paint,
slap on some orangey brown
Slap on some lighter orangey brown to highlight centre panels
Sepharim shade that bad boy
Pick out recesses with agrax, minimal precision needed
Pick out the metallics
Do whatever you like on a bolter
Little skull colour on the shoulder armour
Little skull colour in any battle damage and lenses
Little brown on any pouches
Glaze nuln oil on metalics
Glaze Skelly hoard on the bone shoulder
Glaze frosty blue on battle damage and lenses
Haphazard splodges of metalics as battle damage
Brown base
Shade with agrax
Mix your brown paint and skull paint and dry brush it over being sure to get some on their feet
Boom
Effective rusty muddy marines that you can paint while watching tv or hasan on twitch tv
