Has anyone tried a cable converter to get say an 11s RD to work with 12s shifters?
Or, is there a 12s MTB Di2 RD that would work in place of the Ultegra? XT XTR whatever?

Currently 12 speed GRX is mechanical shifting only. For reasons that are only obvious to Shimano.
