I'm not a business mind, but was wondering what's in it for Mike Ashely. They don't own any property, they lost nearly 100 million last year, and don't really have any assets other than a load of stock. dhb maybe?

Dhb, vitus and nukeproof are probably the biggest of their own brands.
Mike Ashley has loads of commercial property so maybe you could see cycling gear integrated into what he currently has.
As much as people hate him he has saved a number of businesses and I’m sure he wouldn’t be interested unless they had thought it could be viable -

The US office that managed Vitus and one of wiggles other brands closed with no notice this week. So many people losing their jobs will cause a rush for the exit by any talented folks elsewhere in the company.
