Not bad.

I'm just not that sold on the idea of having to source and build another Di2 machine. The grrl's Bokeh ended taking a while and pretty spendy to convert and if I was going to go to that effort I'd probably just cough up the extra 350 and buy my size in the first place.

They are not compatible at all, due to different wiring systems.

Arse.

There's always something wrong. I could sell on the road Di2 stuff and swap for GRX (is there 12s GRX?).

I don't have enough parts to just buy a frameset and have it rolling quickly, so liking the idea of a complete bike.
