Not bad.
I'm just not that sold on the idea of having to source and build another Di2 machine. The grrl's Bokeh ended taking a while and pretty spendy to convert and if I was going to go to that effort I'd probably just cough up the extra 350 and buy my size in the first place.

£300, with new Kinesis seat post, spare headset, what ever of the bits that it came with I can find. Full frame bag & half frame bag that needs some love. OMMAO.
