Struggling to find something for my langster fixie to stick maybe a bag of groceries in, any one got something to offer?

Maybe you already thought of it:
A handlebar rack?
Like: jack the bike rack or the specialized+fjallraven handlebar rack( has more height adjustability,
I had a burra burra for commuting, same clamping, only then for a drybag. Didnt rattle.

I have thought about it but I just like having drops on my bikes, but maybe a change would be nice
