Here you go. I was wrong about it being 112 links, i've actually got 110 links as per Campy's instructions.

Maybe the upper jockey wheels is too close to the smallest sprocket as the "lower branch"of the chain looks almost as if it is running flat?
I followed link below when setting up my 12 speed but skip to 5:45 for the bit I'm referring to.

Chain length looks fine. Have a play with the 'h' screw (b-screw) as it's not chain length causing the issue. Also check your freehub is not sticking.
