Back on tap chat, which brands make good bathroom taps? Traditional-looking ones, which sadly rules out Hansgrohe.
We bought a Hudson Reed tap, thinking it would be good quality - reasonably expensive, brass, 20 year guarantee - but it's crap. We had to take out a plastic flow thing which was sending the water off in all different directions, and the taps keep coming loose.
Lusso Stone Eton range looks good (but top end of price, and the bath taps are £700+), but which other brands are good quality?
Looking for a sub-£300, ideally sub-£200 single hole basin mixer, ideally with a matching freestanding bath mixer in case we can send that back too.
