It's nice, got first gen Mavic Ellipses, those can go for £180 (rear axle, bearings, and adjusting cups replaced a couple months ago)

Also got the original cockpit and saddle

Low mileage 45/17 drivetrain, 167.5 mm cranks, 28 mm Gatorskins

£300 for the whole thing (minus pedals)

I dont want to be that guy, but a complete bike like this is about £150 for low spec version and probably £300 for a decent spec

it is an awesome machine, but gold plating it won't increase the value on this website.

Thanks for the steer. I want this bike to go to someone on here because I like the community. I don't have a frame of reference for the frameset value so I've lowered the price again. I haven't seen a pair of Ellipses go for anything less than £150 on here though. I've dropped the price on the complete bike to £300.

What's the widest tyre you could fit (front and rear) running a brake?

I wouldn't go larger than what's on it now

Done a ratty thing and removed the top tube cable stops (that increases the value of the frame, right?) so if you want to run a rear brake it'll mean zip tying the housing
