The presenter stated what they had been told by the Palestinian experts, and then heavily enunciated 'they say', at the end, making it clear that he was reporting their opinions. By no means is that
Channel 4 overtly saying the clip... is fake

It's a 2-minute segment, and he clearly hasn't listened to it.
