I'll have had my Bafang coming up on a year soon.
I'm still completely clueless about servicing it. Going to have to bring it to a shop.
Any recommendations?
General advice I'm going with is wait till they're noisy, then open them up. I suspect there's bad QC on a few of them that end up without enough grease from the factory that need immediate attention, otherwise you're good for years. It probably makes a significant difference if you're riding around on the throttle with your foot scrubbing the ground too.
Like @M_A_X mine has been going for about 4 years now with no attention.
