How do I bathroom / kitchen / extension? etc.

I'm probably way out of it, but for that money couldn't you live in Angel/Highbury near some decent connections?

That kitchen. Ignoring aesthetic decisions, it's nicely done (from an execution perspective, and probably cost too). But so very badly thought out.

Just so generic inside some nice bits but so much is samey samey now, but fucking hell wild money in London still.
