That first link posted by small looks a good one for keeping an eye on things too, as it has the EPC rate nice and clear.

Ah thanks, yep, I have got that (which leads to a page with static prices for gas and electric right?). I guess I was expecting a bit more - more like the 'tracker demo list' I linked to which I basically find unusable because when I try and see what the latest price is I have to click through to a page which makes little sense to me.
Also the 'last 12 months' for electricity seems to suggest the price is 34.83p, 'today's cost' similar, but my account currently says it's 21.15?!
I thought I'd easily be able to see how much it was for the last few days, how much it is now and ideally have a line with the price cap too for comparison - unreasonable?
I might email them...
