As Admiral have the claim on their system it will be fed through to all other insurers via the Claims and Underwriting Exchange (CUE) system. So if not disclosed to another insurer, when it shows up on a CUE check the new policy is likely to be declared void for non-disclosure, which in itself will have to be disclosed when looking for alternative cover.
Therefore I would think very carefully about the potential consequences. -

It’s got 8 years of road use entitlement- after which it must be scrapped, exported or re-licenced. So the depreciation is approximately the purchase price less the deregistration value divided by the number of years you can drive it.
Currently a ten year licence for a normal 911 is around $140,000, but it’s much cheaper for a vintage car like this.

Surely you could make far better use of this? If not for yourself, for others. It's obviously your money, but this just seems obscene

It was a flippant comment based on rounding up $215,000/45

Seriously tho it sounds like you live somewhere you don't need to drive, with no where to drive, with a fuck tonne of blockers.
What's the appeal? Is it just the challenge?
I'd just park the whole thing until you repatriate or emigrate to Colorado.

Dammit with the biggest golf club final boss level flex ever to be witnessed by the modern day middle-upperclass geriatric millenialls that now make up 95% of LFGSS users.
Actual photo of Dammit receiving his green jacket to wear whilst driving his $215000 Porsche with $20000 MTB on the roof for 1 day a week whilst not out of the country.

Don’t make me tell you what a Yaris costs here, it makes Platypus sad.

I wonder if the Supersix or Scalpel HT you are selling would have cost you (or the next owner) about the same amount per ride tbh.
Obs they don't take the same amount to acquire, but then they are pushbikes

Us Gen Xers bought flats for 20p in the 90s.

I’m Gen-X, but was too drunk to buy a flat for 20p in the 90’s sadly.

So was I! The punters I knew who bought in London in the early 90s (flat in Covent Garden, house in Shoreditch) are now semi retired.

I very nearly bought a weekend getaway flat in St Leonard's in the late 90s, it was only £20k. If the trains hadn't been so shit back then I would've sprung for it. Absolute goldmine now.
I was in a council flat in Chelsea for most of the 90s, therefore zero incentive to buy a place. I'm mortgage free now tho', so things worked out in the end. ⛳
