Damper on my SID broke again. Not very, ultimate.

He has some pretty bonkers viewpoints on geometry which seem based on not much more than "I think it's better", but then that's not too dissimilar to any other major bike brands latest and greatest incremental improvements, so...

I have never won any competitions I've entered either. Pretty keen to win the Dirtlej get up this month though. Or £3k of suspension

The SRAM website says that I need this hard chrome chain, for their 7 speed DH group set.

Surprisingly enough these are very hard to find in Singapore, possibly due to its resemblance to a pancake.

Would another chain do? If so, any 11 speed chain? Would 12 speed do? What do?

Of course, having posted that ^ I then found one.

I did use the new gear after work and realised that years and years worth of cheap lights will be required next week. I seem to have boxes of cheap lights stashed away. Veritable bargains.

When it's 50% off, it'd be rude not to buy a full face helmet for the single day a year I need it

Front went straight up, rear I have air coming out of a spoke hole around the nipple, which is annoying.

I popped the tyre off the bead and had a look at the rim tape- looks fine. Chuck some sealant in and YOLO it?

Prologue day for the Singapore Open Enduro today, started raining for my qualifying run and was 30 seconds slower than my practice run. Whoops.
