For all the bad things people say about him, and as a loving father of many, he really does make child protection his top priority:

The consistently good Tech Won't Save Us podcast doing a thorough deep dive on the origins story of a cunt.

So I'm assuming these cybertrucks that are arrow-proof (not entirely sure why) are probably pretty bad news for the pedestrians and other stuff it drives in to.

And also for any hopes of it ever being road legal in Europe.

So, this is a useful feature in case the war on motorists is enjoined by the Apache nation?

Tesla can't be the first people to thing - "what if we made the panels incredibly strong". I assume also that it's probably not done for decent reasons - what are the downsides to doing it?
-
• #861
Old cars used to have ridged panels in comparison to modern cars, look at crash test footage to see what happens to a driver of a car with crumple zones compared to a ridged box.

Musk’s father is a full cunt as well. He did a Woody Allen and married his (ex)step-daughter
Just one of the nuggets from the above

Apparently X had a company all hands meeting to celebrate a year since Musk took over at the end of last week. After Musk famously banning remote work when he came in, both he and the CEO both video conferenced in, while every other staff member was in the room!

Reminds me of a new ‘senior leader’ who demanded “cameras on, eyes forward” and spent the rest of her time eating chocolate and looking at her phone (admittedly better than the patronising shit she spouted when she was paying attention).

Owner of a car company spirals into antisemitic lunacy. What a surprise.
More ad revenue losses are really going to help him save TwitterX.

TwitterX is basically f***ed now, isn't it? I stopped using it a while ago so not sure what's going on there now but I imagine it's pretty dark.
So, $40Bn or so of value destroyed.

Really slamming that metaphorical car door ever harder on his dick. -

Do you think he's ever stopped to ponder whether freedom of speech and freedom of consequences are the same thing as he seems to think? Or is it more likely his life has led him to believe you can be a massive piece of shit and constantly win? Or is it most likely he's never reflected at all and assumes he has a right to turn twitter into a swamp of racists and assholes and business should be forced to advertise with him?
-

he's never reflected
He hasn't had to. He can pick the laziest, most flattering assessments of himself and acolytes will back hum up.

He should have been a copywriter.
So catchy.
Saw an interesting review of the new Mazda 3 which has a novel type of internal combustion petrol engine. The reviewer made the point that it was so efficient and cheap to run (even with current fuel prices) that - combined with the lower purchase price - it was competitive with buying an EV.
