OT/Misc: cheap laptop for writing

I was looking for something that has a word processor but no access to the internet so I can write on the move and be distraction free…

I realised for the price of those kinda gadgets I could just buy a sub £200 new chromebook and probably be better of in the long run by having access to the internet and whatever else

So figured I’d ask here, if anyone has something that has at least a couple years life left, doesn’t weigh a ton, small screen is fine, has word processing facilities, is generally not f*cked and would be suitable to just type shit on

I've got a Dell Latitude 3190 'education' (11.9" screen) that was given to my grandson through his school but as he's at special ed he's never used it probs more than twice.
It's been reset and ready to be used.
Not sure on the battery run time tbh but it's immaculate condition
4GB RAM 64GB SSD Hard drive
Comes with the power supply

Not sure what software it has other than Win10, you could download Open Office but I understand you don't want something with possible internet connection

Anyway £40 gets it you delivered, I can at least get him some lights and a new tyres with it for his bike!
