Would I know your work/Any photos of your stuff?

I give myself 0.6mm registration overlap when I screen print but often have to print lines that are 0.08mm and so that becomes the tolerable error.

Finest I have successfully gilded is ~0.1mm but the line struggles to really hold.

I post in the craftsman thread sometimes. I’m the lead prop maker at the only bespoke mirrorball company.
You’ve probably danced the night away under my work and never realised ;)

Wow! Those are absolutely beautiful!!

Do you cut the panels from glass sheets? Could a design be gilded on to a glass panel then cut up and make a mirror ball from them?
