I don't believe Hamas' actions in this instance are justified but have you questioned why Hamas even exists? Here I'll even quote it for you

She went to a music festival 2 miles from the border so they can't have seemed a big threat. The last time Israel was invaded was 1973 so not exactly in living memory for her.
