I don't think you want one that sits on a monitor.
The best thing is to browse John Lewis and Wayfair for something you like the look of and then buy the correct blub for the area.
I have a lamp with 8.5w 2700k blub and I find it a good balance. It could probably be a bit cooler, but it's also in our bedroom so it seems like a reasonable compromise. Plus I don't particularly like cool light but Ymmv.

I need a desk lamp. that doesn't look ugly as my desk is in the living room.
A ring light might be good as well. preferably one that sits on a monitor.
