• Decathlon make a few raintrousers with overshoes built in - not tried them, but seems like a nice idea

  • Ah... not Albion dipping into footwear.

  • ^my brain boggles at how kit is made for that cost, amazing value(?).

Afraid we’re absolute minnows in this big pond, so getting into footwear doesn’t bear thinking about; sizing/sku’s/shipping etc is another specialist brain-bender, requiring large volumes to be efficient. In a previous life, we had people ordering multiple shoe sizes to try on on the other side of the world (free global shipping), then sending two pairs back (also free), in ridiculously over-designed packaging (one pair of shoes ended up shipping inside THREE boxes). Needless to say, any planned roi quickly went out the window…

  • Technics sl12 gr2 now comes in eco packaging but its taken 15 years to get there

  • I mean, I feel like this falls into the 'id rather just get wet' category. Full marks for marketing effort though

  • Big ol review of the vest from escape collective last week https://escapecollective.com/review-albions-visibility-cargo-vest/

  • Does anyone haveexperience with the Zoa Insulated Jacket? I`m most concerned about the insulation. How does it keep up with cold winter-weather? Looking for a jacket to wear all winter lomg.

    Thanks!

  • The Zoa is really well insulated - for me it's better for slow tempo rides, or very cold conditions.

I'd recommend reading back through the pages - you'll find lots of very complimentary reviews.

  • One of my colleagues shreds into work in these on wet days and rates them highly. Intense dork vibes but genuinely good in a practical SPD sandal/Thorn Club Tour kind of way.

  • I have a zoa and its amazing under 10 degrees . You need mudguards to keep it clean . Plus they are true to size.

  • Intense dork vibes

    Forum tagline

  • new run of stickers surely

  • Too warm if anything! It's quite incredible.

  • Too warm if anything!

I found this. I couldn't actually ride in mine it was so hot, even on the coldest of days.

I got the zoa light one and find for me it's perfect, warm enough but not as hot as the zoa.

  • I bring my Zoa jacket with me camping/hiking as an ultimate safety net, as I know I will never be cold under any circumstances when I have it. 100% worth the weight penalty.

  • Another advocate here for the insulated jacket... amazing jacket and yep, if anything a little too warm... I'd rather be too warm than too cold though! Wouldn't mind the non-hood version as well tbh as it's so good

  • As others have said, very good but very warm. Mine gets a lot more use off the bike than on it. It's great for really cold riding though!

  • Lightweight zoa here, not used in true cold. But based on how warm it feels I think it's gonna be great for cold commute. But too warm for effort winter rides. But I got it more for off bike use.

  • Thanks to everyone giving their feedback! Appreciate it. I`ve ordered one. Seems like I should have no fear of freezing to my death.

  • Just tried on their stuff in Condor, very nice.

  • Any restock on the insulated Zoa coming before winter? Also wondering if there will be new musettes?

  • Musettes are very good but the new backpack packs up as small. If I were to choose between the two I'd go backpack

  • Is the new mountain bag the same/similar to the lfgss green bag that was done? Looks a touch larger in the pics.

  • In a bit of a quandary at the mo... I was going to wait for the re-release of the Zoa Rain Shell, but looking at reviews etc, it look like it might be a bit too baggy for what I want it for, I'd rather have a bike fit rather than an on and off bike fit so should I just punt for the All Road Shield Rain Jacket? It looks like the same material, but without the hood and a slightly more road bike fit to it?

  • Mayhaps, but I really want one :-)
