Quick update on this.
Back in May I took it to Montalcino for the L’eroica ride.
First day had a very nice ride from Montalcino to Montepulciano and back. The following day I woke up with a virus and spent the rest of the week in bed, hence missing the event.
Last week I was back out in Tuscany for L’eroica proper. Weather was great, possibly a little too hot, and L’eroica as always was much fun.
Spent a couple of hours cleaning the dust off the frame today, and it is resplendent in the afternoon sun.
Plan now is to fit racks and mudguards, and probably flat bars, and make this more suited to mussing about in London.
Iteration two may take a while, as I am currently committed to funding ongoing project through sales.
