I've been looking at these Pro bars, they seem like a nice shape and go down to 36cm.
For (a lot) more money are the Lambda X-Wing carbon bars. Very narrow but quite comfortable (Josef has a pair).I haven't had much luck finding anything actually advertised as under 36cm.
An idea I've had is to look for bars calling themselves 39/38/37/36 but measure c-c from the drops rather than the tops.
For example, Nitto B135AA in 39cm actually measure something like 35/34cm or narrower at the 'hoods positon'. That being said, the reach on those bars is extremely long which doesn't work well for me.It also seems FSA measure their handlebars from the drops c-c and in their technical documents give measurements for the corrosponding hoods position. Some 36cm bars end up having a 34cm hood position. I'll attatch a screenshot of that.
As for anything in a classic shape I've found nothing! And as you can see I have spent a considerable amount of time thinking about handlebars...

As for anything in a classic shape I've found nothing!
Been looking at that forever. I think fizik did something with a round curve at 38cm. EXS did a 38cm integrated thing that it's almost perfect but I like to be able to choose a stem (another fool errand)

Wow thanks Sam this is very handy!
I wish my arms were longer the nittos are cool!

Oh yeah this looks great

Yeah I've noticed a lot of integrated carbon bars seem to have a nicer shape for whatever reason.

Hey Max, I quite like Deda bars, remember they are measured outside to outside, so their 38cm are actually 36 by conventional measurements. Zero1 are fairly cheap, Zero100 etc are nicer, both in alloy. They have a few different shapes other than the standard modern / ergo shape RHM. I think the ones called ‘deep’ are most like a classic drop but ‘shallow’ also have a nice round shape…

Controltech do a 36cm bar. (Got some if you want some cheap).
Enve do some expensive narrow flared ones that are great. I got some copies of them off eBay but the seller wouldn’t tell me where he got them from.

I think I was watching those eBay Enves a while ago. They had a few widths available, looked pretty good! Never seen the shape anywhere else so would be curious to know their origin too. Any good?

Yeah they’re basically copies of these. Routing the cables internally was a massive faff but the bars are really comfortable; mine are 35cm at the hoods.
The guys description said something like the gb track team were using them and looking through his selling history he seemed to sell of loads of old gb kit so maybe there was some truth in that. They’re clearly chinese knock-offs, told him I don’t care how much he paid for them but could he send me a link so I could get more, and he wouldn’t reply to that question. He’d sold a few sets.

Found the 'Enve' guy, maybe they'll be relisted in the future. Was very tempted at the time

Yep those are them.
The bar ends plugs are great too. I’ve scoured aliexpress etc and there is / was a qr code on them and can’t remember where that led me but I ultimately never found them.

Those look great, I'd love a pair.

FSA omega compact bars are measured at the outer edges, so the 40 cm size is actually 38 etc

These are really narrow but with not a lot of drop
HUP 32cm/34cm/36cm/38cm Compact Drop Handlebars
I found that the drops are a bit short. They work but I think they would be better with a 20mm extender on the end
I also have the FSA super energy compact bars in 360mm from the post higher up and the measurements listed are accurate. 360mm c-to-c drops, 350mm c-to-c hoods.
Fouriers Nanko 320mm 340mm
I have not tried this one because the drop shape looks bad for me, but maybe it works for someone else. I think you can find them or similar on aliexpress.
There are also these track bars! (Maybe you can fit some shifters on them, hard to guess from the drawings).
Velobike Track Sprint Handlebars 300mm,320mm,350mm
But very expensive... !

Fake ENVE from the same guy (I presume) on Facebook. On eBay he told me he had more available, but no more information on his source
Anyone have any leads on decent, narrow (36 or less) road drops? Bonus points for nice classic shape, preferably alloy.
I've used pro PLT and condor strada. Neither really have that nice a shape and only go down to 36.
