If you like the original ideas behind the game, yes. Made much more accessible by less eccentric mechanics and more variety in the gameplay (outside the regular mission template, all the original game had was "Collect a couple of hundred flags for no good reason").
Also nice to see a return to good historical research, after Valhalla where they gave some intern a box set of "Vikings" and access to Wikipedia.

So far, a love letter to the original game only with better graphics and a distinct lack of whole armies queing up to be button-mashed to death one at a time.
