Looks pretty nice for a bike that should've been built around smaller wheels. I guess the weirdo 2.8 stays are helping, but the length of that head tube isn't.

It's so rare for small bikes in 650 c, I don't understand why, perhaps due to the unavailability of tires in 25c light

Chicken and egg, innit. So dumb how many compromises anything under 54 has to cop for the sake of standard wheels.
There was an American builder in the 90s, Terry, who specialised in women's bikes. He kept the standard rear for the sake of normal gearing and used 650 fronts, which I reckon is a great compromise. No tyre rotation, but so what, compared to no toe overlap, uncompromised head angle, not overloading the headset on a stupidly short head tube, together with a standard drivetrain. I guess the biggest drawback is having to carry two tubes if you're not prepared to do a roadside patch job; meh

Georgina Terry was the first female builder I knew of. At the time there were dozens of small builders in the US, all male.

Lovely. I'd only change the rear brake to a single pivot and redo the tape. Oh, and maybe the pedals...
Although that post has a hell of a lot of setback... anyone know who makes that, for future reference?

Curious as to why.

Awkward rear brake cable routing.

Dual pivot brakes can be too strong for rear wheel use - single pivot reduces the chance of lock-ups.

Was wondering what that was.
Can’t see anyone riding skinny tires in the snow.

Unless they're Andy Hampsten or Hinault.

I thought only campa could get away with white hoods. I think it's awesome, despite it has usa written all over it.
Full length housing is kinda poo. Nice frame like that should have proper internal routing (as opposed to the various horrible hidings of sin I've seen in a lot of carbon frames).
