Is there something over that porch that is causing a larger amount of water, dripping gutter, pipe etc? It looks like something might be dripping down and causing the staining on the wall/brick above the porch...

Flash tape. Flash tape primer.
Pull the failed flashing off. Apply primer liberally. Apply tape.
The big black mark above the failed flashing is a bit of warning sign though. What is going on there? Edit, oh, leaking gutter. Get that fixed before winter or that will blow the pointing on the brickwork.
Long term that needs fixing properly with some lead flashing.
